H.I.D.I.V.A.! is an Essential Essence of Royal Heirs, Inc., a respected and recognized IRS 501(c)(3) non-profit organization launched in 2009.  H.I.D.I.V.A.! provides affordable, high-quality education, mentoring, and awareness programming for marginalized youth, ages 6 to 19. Since its launch in 2009, the organization has served over 2000 youth through direct services and community outreach.

Kandre is an authentic transformational servant leader and empowerment coach who advocates for lasting cultural changes. She works with committed leaders to identify needed changes in local low-income schools and communities, creating a vision to guide the change through inspiration and executing the change through the "THE LOVE PROJECT."

Spiritual Life Coach

Reflecting on her own life challenges and struggles as a youth growing up. Covington has always had a desire to impact and change the lives of all underserved, socio-economic, disadvantaged (at-risk) youth in her community that lack meaningful academic, emotional & spiritual growth, economic literacy, career guidance, and social skills needed to become productive, worthwhile members of society.

Determined to make a difference, she aspires to forge collaborative partnerships with youth/families, civic organizations, government agencies, foundations, and corporations.

Covington truly believes that it does “Take a village to raise a child.”

HI DIVA! provides before/ after school programming to a number of elementary, middle, and high schools in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and with other partnering community/faith-based organizations; with plans of expansion in the near future.
